NLC Hosts a Town Hall with Rep. Roland Gutierrez

Texas Representative Roland Gutierrez visited Northeast Lakeview College (NLC) on October 30 as part of his week-long college tour.  He hosted a Town Hall with students where he discussed his new legislation on cannabis and common-sense gun safety reform. Gutierrez also provided students with the opportunity to give input to add to his bills.  The session concluded with Q&A.  Other college stops on his tour included St. Mary’s University, Texas A&M San Antonio, UTSA (downtown campus), and Our Lady of the Lake University.  The session was coordinated by NLC students in the Public Service Institute.
