September 11 Poster Exhibition at NLC 图书馆

目前, the 东北湖景学院图书馆 is one of only a handful of libraries across the United States to be given the opportunity by The 9/11 Memorial & 纽约的博物馆, 纽约展示“9·11”, 2001: The Day That Changed the World” Poster Exhibition on our campus.

A series of 14 posters presents (in chronological sequence) the events of September 11, 2001, the immediate aftermath of the attacks and the nine-month recovery period, and the ongoing repercussions of 9/11 to this day. 档案图像, 工件摄影, and individual stories accompany the explanatory text to give visitors a deeper understanding of a key moment in modern American history.

This poster exhibition is currently located within the 图书馆 of the 东北湖景学院图书馆 and can be viewed until Wednesday, 9月15日. This socially distanced display will allow visitors to read the text presented on each of the posters up 关闭 during library hours on Monday through Thursday from 7:30 am until 9:00 PM, Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 PM and on Saturday from 9:00 am to 1:00 PM.
